When I purchased the motor the tilt up was slow (had been sitting for 18 months the battery was flat) I replaced the battery and after tilting half way up it would stop. I could get it all the way up by lifting and powering up at the same time. When trimming down it would start out ok but would jerk 2 or 3 times before bottoming out. The fluid level is ok. Is this a fixable problem? I am new to boating and can use any and all input. Thanks in advance
