"Hi Guys... first time poster
"Hi Guys... first time poster here. Great Forum! Lot's of knowelegable posters, very helpful group of participants.
I live down in Baja, Mex and just "inherited" a Panga with a 1995 Johnson 90, 2-stroke. I purchased a manual through Marine Engine, but I won't see it for nearly 3 weeks (things are a bit slow down here). I spent a few hours looking for information in the forum... A few questions for now:
1. As best I can determine, my fuel
il pre-mix should be 50:1... correct?
2. Can anyone provide the spec on spark plugs I should use?
3. What the heck is FICHT? VRO?
4. Is there some simple rule of thumb for "strength of stream" of exiting cooling water... my flow seems a bit "flacid" (not a personal problem, I assure you).
I have been a sailor for over 30 years... it is fun to have a new type of watercraft. Looking forward to participating in the Forum."
