"I just purchased a (9.5 horse Johnson. Model# MQ13-B. I do not know the year, may be 1965 - 1986. The engine has not run for 8 years, but started on the third pull. My question is, How do I know if the water pump is working? When I started the motor in the water tub, I did not see any water return.
