I have a problem getting the e
I have a problem getting the engine to get over 4000 to 4500rpms. I did a compression check and all clyinders read out at 110 to 100. Put new plugs in. Sometimes it will run like it should. Somestimes in idle it will die. It seems harder to start than that engine should be. I was wondering if it could be the powerpack. Didn't want to just go bye one cause the return policy on electronic item. thank you for your help.
