Had my boat in the water a went around the lake for about 15min. Then we fished for a while. Started the boat to leave and it ran for about 1min then it quite. Now it will not start. Let it sit overnight and tried starting it today, but it still will not start. Doesn't even sound like it's firing. I also noticed that the trim gauge and fuel gauge are not working. The RPM gauge was working when the boat was running, but the other two were not. Depth finder and trolling motor work fine. Looked at all fuses, but they were all good.

Is it possible that it's flooded? I can smell gas.

how fresh is the gas? todays gas has a short shelf life with no stableizer in it. Could be so many things, including the kill switch if you have one at the throttle. check for spark, either using a spark tester or holding the uncrewed plug next to the block. Start there anyway, fresh gas and spark test.

You need to check it for spark. Pull a plug wire, stick a spare plug on the end, and ground it to the block as you whirl her over.
