motor sometimes while running

motor sometimes while running abaout 4600rpm will throttle back to between 3800 and 4000 and will go no faster...when bringing back to and idle it is very rough and usually stalls. oil injection is disabled so i have to mix oil. so i know ratio is ok.

"ck spark,and compression...sounds like u r losing a cyl for some reason....if both ok,...i'd clean/rebuild carbs,chg filters,ck for fuel restrictions,wtr in fuel,and over heat."
