"Pulled carb due to bad coughi

"Pulled carb due to bad coughing and adjustment did not help. Cleaned and blew out, put back on, runs only at full throttle. Not sure if I put back to gether correctly. Can anyone provide me with a blow up diagram of the carb? Says WMC on top of carb.
