Can anyone tell me if the bolt

Can anyone tell me if the bolts require a specific torque when re-installing the exhaust cover plates (inner & outer)
I have a manual but can't seem to find a referance to torque.

When I removed the exhaust cover plates i noticed that 1 gasket seemed to have been installed with a slight kink in it, and not mating to the plate seal surface. This was probably the cause of my water leak at the bottom of the plate area."
