Any suggestions on what is wro

Any suggestions on what is wrong.Was running fine all of a sudden it quit and took awhile to get it started.Headed back to the dock about the same distance it quit again.Brought it home hooked up the muffs ran it about 15 min at 1500 to 2000 rpm ran fine started easy.And what is the psi gauge for? goes from 0-30 lbs. Thanks
