93' 60HP, no exhaust coming out of propeller?Can it be clogged?

i have a 3 cyl 2 stroke that has stopped pushing exhaust form the propeller. it runs just as well as it was before, but the exhaust only come out of the other port above the water. can i do any damage running it. i read up on it and from what i can find , the exhaust changes it direction a little between idle and full throttle. any info will be helpful.

Pull the lower off and take a look. Can't hurt.

At idle most if not all the exhaust goes out the idle relief.------------------If it runs good at full throttle then --THERE IS NO BLOCKAGE !!

I took it out today an everything was normal... gonna let it ride
