Having problems holding fuel p

Having problems holding fuel pressure after priming the bulb. How long should the fuel pressure hold after priming bulb without running?
Also fighting gas leaks around seals. Have had one carburator seal replaced twice and now leaking fuel module vapor seperator cover gasket.
Is it possible I am trying to put too much pressure on system or need to just replace all seals?

"sounds like u have a high alcohol/fuel content.,u r not blowing gaskets,w/the primer bulb.....if they are in good shape...maybe severely weakend ones may."
