92-93 Mercury 25

Hi all, I just joined and this is my first post, I have a Mercury 25 92 or 93. I put new coils, wires, and plugs on this motor but the top cylinder has a weak and intermittent spark, I can switch wires from the switch box and get good spark to the top cylinder but have the problem on the bottom one. How do I determine if the problem is the switchbox or the trigger.

New parts can also be bad at times. Sounds like your top coil is bad.
