'92 115 evin.touble planing again

I posted last week and here's what I 've done. Replaced all hoses, installed 10 micron filter/seperator, and cleaned/rebuilt carbs. took it out tonight for test and idle was rough and then smoothed out a little. Had trouble getting on plane. once the boat was up, I was able to get 5300 rpm. Usually runs 5500 to 5600. I know I'm getting clean gas now, wasn't before. It use to cough at idle, that's fixed but still don't have the power I should. Checked compression and had 110 psi on all 4 cylinders. Plugs have @ 30 hours on them. need help.
