is 90 psi on each cylinder ok?…read posts of 100 +-10%is ok…
reason engine does not have power…trying new tank with fresh gas and new fuel line…then check timing advance and carb open…new plugs set at 30…

it is 40 hp, 1996..ok update, put on first fuel tank, now fuel line, runs like great…only problem i noticed when i took off shroud is that carburetor looks like not opening fully, was able to manually move down the carburator linkage that touches the shift linkage…..also not able to slow engine smoothly…pics to come
