90 tilt/trim solenoid.

My manual says there should be 2 solenoids, but my NS90A only has one. When the switch is operated, down works and up just clicks. Both on the same solenoid. Maybe my motor is not a 1992. Any ideas?

There are 2. Might be ganged together to look like 1. Contacts may be dirty. This is true for all 90A motors. Year is irrelevant.
