90 Johnson 2003 missing at temp

I have a 90hp Johnson 2003, and when it gets to working temp it starts missing and carrying on. Mechanic has serviced carbirator, checked cooling system, and changed fuel pump. But still does exactly the same thing. Could this be coil pack or ignition wires?

use an inductive timing light on every plug wire when it is failing..the decision is it fuel or fire and this should tell you...
