Motor will not run at WOT all the time Sometimes it will hit Wot when leaving dock other times it will hit about 1/2 throttle for about a mile then I will turn it off restart and it will then hit Wot Carbs are clean, compression is good When I spark test it their is spark in all cylinders Its a 3 cylinder @ stoke
