does anyone know right off if my 1982 merc inline 6, 2 stroke tower of power has the BIA motor mounting bolt pattern? i am looking at a cmc #65012 5-1/2" manual jack plate, and wondering if i will need to drill new holes in transom or plate. also, any experience with this particular jack plate or mfg?
