90 hp mercury 1992 no spark

I have done. Done the following tests using the 1990-2000 repair manual.
Ignition coil- secondary coil -941,942,964 ohms S/B 800-1000 ohms
primary coil-.0 resistance S/B .02-.04 ohms. ?

Trigger coil - resistance 1245,1244,1238. S/B 750-1400 ohms OK
CDI bias reading 14,150 ohms S/B 13,000-15,000 ohms

Stator 398-832075 resistance G/W &W/G WIRES 675 OHMS S/B 600-700 OHMS OK
2 YELLOW wires .1 or .00 ? RESISTANCE S/B .16- 1.1 OHMS ? Should not affect fire?

Rectifirer 17602-1 no continuity Should not affect spark? I do not understand the test on page 5-34 of the SELOC. Manual? Step 3. And step 4. Should read the same?.

I was out on the water when the moter would not start. I suspected I had 2 problems because befor the starter quit completly it was not firing. I put in a new starter soinoid and the starter now works fine but I don't have any fire.
