90 hp Johnson 1988 - Only running on one side

Hi, I have a 1988 9 hp Johnson which is only running on the port side. I have changed the plug wires and cleaned the carbs. Still not firing on the port side and I do have spark. Any ideas? Thanks - Paul

The term -" I do have spark " means very little to us.----------Will the spark jump a gap of 7/16" or more does mean somethng !-----When did you notice this ?--------It is quite possible that the orange wires to the coils are reversed or the plug wires !-------Top coil goes to top plug and the orange /blue goes to the top coil.
