I am replacing and older OMC 90 HP 2 stroke on a Boston Wailer Montauk with a new Mercury 90 HP 4 stroke. I want to put in a new steering cable. The existing cable I removed is a Morse 304411 180 inch 6334. What is the new cable I will need to install and is there any other kit I would need for the steering wheel gears? Someone told me I might need to change the gear inside the steering wheel gear box. And who would carry the parts?
