I needed to replace my impeler and all went well and fired up the engine and water is flowing out nicely again. My question is that I have noticed water flowing out of a hole on the boat facing side along the shaft. I cannot remember this ever being a thing. Is this normal? What is this for? Is this telling me there is something else I need to fix?
