Scenario 1) Engine starts and runs smoothly in neutral. When opening throttle - engine runs well until approx 1/3 power, then RPM's don't increase even at full throttle. After trying this, when subsequently returning to neutral, engine dies..
Scenario 2) As above, but I do NOT TRY to run up engine beyond approx one third. When I then return to neutral, engine keeps on running ok.
Would any reader be able to diagnose problem source and recommand solution (and parts needed and parts source).
BTW, new spark plugs and new fuel line installed.
