i have a carb that looks just like this one with the pump, im pretty sure i asked if anyone had done it but got no response
if you purchase it could you see what size jets are in it? be interesting if its just a matter of upsizing the jets

i went looking and didnt see them saying its only for remote controlled motors or strictly for tiller controlled

the only thing i see different on this, is that it has the accelerator pump like the european version carb whereas our N. American carbs dont have it but the european carbs are gutless, atleast the chinese/amazon carb i got was. i was just wondering if the jets in the chinese carbs can be upgraded to make it a 15hp carb like the one theyre trying to sell for $280 usd
 
Listen to what pvanv said, is not just case of putting larger jets in. This has been tried by hundreds of Johnson/evinrude folks.
Think about it…in order to gain HP, yes, you need more fuel, BUT, if you add more fuel, (via the larger jet), you also need more air.
More fuel, with the same amount of air only results in a much richer mixture.
The only way to get more air is a bigger diameter in the Venturi.
The carbs may look identical, but unless you can ascertain the bigger Venturi, you’re wasting time and money.
