2014 Nissan Tohatsu NSF9.8A3 I bought new, regularly maintained. Never had any issues but this motor is admittedly used as a workhouse, running most months of the year. Power is bogged down, almost like running in one cylinder. Cleaned carb and rebuilt with kit, cleaned again, changed fuel pump, changed spark plugs, nothing changed. Plug wires are fine. Anyone with advice after watching the clip please assist, I’m mechanically inclined but I admit I dont have much in depth experience with outboards besides regular maintenance.
