Buy yourself a service mauual. If it was a High Temp horn that may be it. Is the water pump in good condition?

while you are running then comes on steady,if it stays on from a running stand point it means you are over heating and you should return to idle
asap until it goes off.f that is the case its
time to do some cooling system maintenence,
check thermos / poppit valves (same location)
impeller etc and all related parts.including wires ."

question..when you start the motor does the horn come on immediately or is there a delay?...i am thinking possibly bad sensor...if it comes on right away disconnect one sensor at a time(you have two) and see if one of them is doing it..if neither stops the horn then disconnect both of them...do not run for extended time with then disconnected..you may have a problem other than heat....
