If it sets a while and I pump up the fuel bulb, give it a crank and it tries to start. "Once" as in no matter what I do after it will not start and run. Plugs are wet, spark jumps the required 7/16" with the spark tester, and bright blue/white with the plugs just grounded, Compression 122/125, Stator 3100 Ohms against a spec of 2800-3400, Trigger reads 700 Ohms against a spec of 650-850.
Carbs been cleaned multiple times. On/Off switch working fine. Timing when spun over reading steady at 10Degrees BTDC. Wife's not mad so pretty sure it's not a spell. Is DVA test going to tell me anything significant since it's getting spark. Any ideas appreciated?

--Start by checking the flywheel key.
The key had broken off by a previous owner. I removed the flywheel and replaced it with another 1/8" key earlier. Then I put a timing light on it and it reads steady at 10 Degrees BTDC. The Manual says the timing is set and determined by the switch box. Wouldn't the steady reading at 10 BTDC indicate the static timing is ok?
