I have loosened the lower unit bolts but the drive shaft or ? is preventint the unit from dropping all the way. Do I just need to give a good pull or do I need to remove something else first?

Hello Glenn; I ordered my part thru marineengine.com mentioned by JB It arrived at my door flawlessly. IT WAS A MODEL 4m Mariner. The part # was 18-3073 impeller.
