89 70 hp not charging properly

I have a 70 hp not charging properly.. replaced lighting coil and rectifer but still only getting 10 volt at idle.. could the magnets on flywheel be going bad/ weak...

I can't think of what else it might be if the lighting coil and the rectifier/regulator are working properly.

Have you tested the lighting coil for proper voltage to the rectifier/regulator?

Not sense I changed I, going to test it this weekend... Did not think I had to after I put a new one on...
