"Hi all,

I purchased this engine recently and got it for cheap as it needed some work doing, ie; carbs etc. Im yet to get a manual, but at this moment Im wanting some info on the starter valve. (located up the top of the block between the top of the oil bottle and carbs) What does this starter valve do? The starter valve has an adjustment screw/needle, which i found to be screwed all the way in, should it be like this?
