88 Mercury driveshaft housing

Hello, I have an 88 Mercury 5 HP 2 stroke with a damaged driveshaft housing. How difficult is it to remove/replace this? it appears that there are 5 or 6 bolts holding it onto the powerhead. Is it that simple?
 
I do have a service manual but I didn't find anything on removing/installing the powerhead. it covers 30 years of small HP Mercs so I'm sure I missed it, I'll look again. I was able to get the power head off. I ordered a new gasket along with the driveshaft housing. Are there any other parts i'll likely need to replace when installing the power head on the new housing?

Checked the service manual again, I don' know how I missed the entire section on powerheads...
