My motor runs fine for about 15 minutes at full throttle, but it seems to miss and then apprears to run only on about two cylinders. I can engage the cold start lever and begin moving again with normal boat acceleration and running. It missing sort of like it may have water in fuel line, but I have changed the water/fuel separator out back in May of this year. I have never changed the spark plug wires on this motor. Could the wires be bad?
Has anyone had this problem and any suggestions of how to correct this rough running motor.

Most folks are hoping for a " simple fix " on their motor.------------In this case you should do a compression test first before anything else.-----Then perhaps use a timing light out on the water ( one cylinder at a time ) and observe the flashing of the light.-That will help you pin point ignition / wiring problems.
