I have a 1988 DT75 That had an over heat problem but we finally figured that out. Now my son says that every time he takes it out he gets on plane when he stops the next time he goes to start it the plugs are fowled out.He has recently rebuilt the carbs and they seem to be ok. I know they are the right pluggs for the engin. Could this be a simple carb adjustment. I bought the mannual for this motor and he says every thing is adjusted according to the book. I woud apreciate any help.
