88 Cobra Bellows Kit mystery clips

So I rec'd a bellows and gimbal bearing kit and it contains 4 stamped bent SS clips that I have no idea what they are for.

Ayuh,..... They're continuity clips, they clip on the ends of the bellows, under the hose clamps,.....

Ahh thanks. I initially had that thought, but they have such sharp edges I'd be afraid of them cutting into the bellows under the hose clamps.. I'm assuming they are intended to connect the clamp to the aluminum to prevent electrolysis..

In any event I have a contiguous stainless cable grounded to the main transom casting with small (and not sharp) clips that attach under each hose clamp already.
