88 blackmax 175 Not Charging!

Replaced stator and rectifier and still have no charge at battery. Fuse is good. Only have 3v ac at two yellow wires coming from stator to rectifier. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Pulled yellow ac wires off rectifier and tested it while running at 2k rpm and had 10 and 20 ac volts. Spec is like 150v ac.. New stator I guess is bad??
