88 black max xr2. power up trim.Help.

88 black max xr2 on a 88procraft 18 ft.bass boat.trim upquit,dreined fluid to get home.checked both selinoids working,fluid replaced,checked all wires and contacts.Does this merc have relays like evenrude and johnson ?if so,where?

The solenoids take the place of the relays. How did you check them? The best check is just swap them or jump the 2 big wires going to it.
