"88 bayliner OMC 5.0 with matc
"88 bayliner OMC 5.0 with matching lower unit. Good battery and 12V to the tilt, it went up and down numerous times already this year. Took it out last week and now it will not tilt down. It engages to go up even though it is fully up, but only a click when trying to go down."
