I'm not getting spark om t

I'm not getting spark om top cyl so I changer the wire from switchbox 2 cyl to top cly and I got spark.I also changed the trigger wire for those two cyl and still had no spark on top cyl.I noticed that the wire from trigger that connects at bottom of switchbox thats marked wht/blk has the insulation missing and the wire looks dull. What does this wire do? Thanks}}

"The black/white wire is from the trigger. The trigger sends a "pulse" to the switchbox to tell it which coil to send it's stored energy to. If your trigger lead is faulty, then the switchbox won't send power to the coil or coils, resulting in "no spark"..."

"The wire coming from the trigger has isulation missing and the wire has dull look to it. These wires are very small do they carry much current and could I slice in a new wire for the bad one.This wire is connected to what I've read, is the bias ciruit of switchbox what does bias ciruit mean? Thanks So For Your Time"
