87 Johnson 120 vro stator troubleshoot

Hey guys, I have an 87 Johnson 120 vro. I believe i have a stator issue. I ohmed the two yellow wires and seems low, I would like to ohm out the ignition side (mine has a two wire plug both brown) . I am getting a reading but I cannot find what specs should be , cdi says N/A in that section.

Symptoms I’m having is rough idle, won’t plane out, seems like it’s missing on multiple cylinders under load . sometimes it will pick up and rpm will increase and plain out. My tach is working, won’t go over 2500 rpm’s when issue occurs , I ohmed the timer base and the temp sensors and they are working. Any help? Thanks!!!
 
What readings do you get on the yellow wires.----Just 2 readings needed.----Yellow to yellow is ?----And one yellow to ground.-----That part of the stator is for charging the battery.-----Post the actual compression values here.-----Does spark jump a gap of at least 3/8" ( 1 cm ) on all leads ?----Carburetors confirmed clean .-----Running with VRO in service or 50:1 mix?
 
Both yellow reading under 1 ohm, yellow to ground indicated open.

Compression is 119 on all 4 .

Vro is in service, tested and rebuilt diaphragms , have good spark, plugs gapped.30 replaced power pack and rectifier prior to this ( also had this issue last fall as well as a no charge. No charge issue fixed)
 
Perhaps an issue with crankcase compression.----Carburetor jets clean ?-----Test run with another tank and hose?---Flywheel key checked?----Battery charging side of stator seems to be fine.-----Plug wires shorting to cowling latches?

Carbs have been gone through, I run ethanol free fuel. Fuel system completely gone through. How would I check the crankcase compression? Plug wires are nicely organized
