I am having a problem with the float. rebuilt carb and fuel pump motor will idle but when move throttle to high idle reves up for one minute then cuts out.
the question I have is there is a spring on the float where the needle valve is and the manual shows to bend spring (hook) around float then put shaft back on. when I try doing this the pin won't go back in. Should pin slide through the whole spring.Or over book is not clear. float is checked and level.
