i have an 86 johnson v4 90 hp

i have an 86 johnson v4 90 hp runs fine at low speed when you go past half throttle it has a little miss but will keep running once u open it up it feels like your not even running but about 10 -15 mph have cleaned carbs & checked plugs one thing i noticed is on the coils 1 is a waxy yellow gel color but the other 3 are black is this ordinary Thanks C.Saylor

the motor just seems like its not getting enough fire2 burn the gas speed &rpm seems 2 stay the same wheather your at half throttle or its opened up

"A look at the spark plugs should give You the answer. All white: lack of fuel.
My guess You either have a fuel supply problem, or clogged main in one or both carbs.
Post a pic of Your spark plugs if possible."
