84 VRO 90hp wont idle and issues

i have a 90hp that just wont idle. new plugs, new fuel pump, checked spark, cleaned carbs? any ideas? also when it has been run one side is way hotter than the other what could that be? thanks for the help

Do a compression test -------------You are sure the wires are going to the right spark plug ( top coil to top plug ).--------------Correct wires from CDI unit to the coils ????
