84' Johnson tilt assist. HELP!

Hi everyone! Newbie here! Does anyone know if this semi stripped hex screw is the reservoir plug for the hydraulic fluid.

Afraid to post the model # here .----That system was not available in 1984 !!---The ---" mexican fellow " --AKA the manual says very clearly.-----The " touch trim system" must be serviced as a complete assembly.----Do not attempt to disassemble any part of the unit.-----Internal components and fluids are under high pressure .
