84 Johnson 85 hp tilt problem

I recently forgot to put my plug in my boat and water came up to bottom of battery everything works fine except for my tilt trim unit I'm thinking I need to replace the tilt trim motor any idea where to find this or if this is even the problem it looks like a cylinder with the bottom holding the fluid and top half is the armature it has two small lines that go to the 2 hydraulic lift
