engiine has good spark by eye, all cylinders have good comp. and appear to get gas threw carbs, but engine will only run on 2 cylinders same side, running full throttle on side that is not running on, i sprayed starting fluid into carb to see if it would fire them 2 cylinders, and it would die the engine out, what could this be?

One step at a time ---------step # 1 is a compression test , report your numbers.----------The eye spark test means little to me.-Will spark jump a gap of 7/16" on all 4 cylinders ???

140 on side not running on, and 130 on side it is running on, havent actually checked fire to see if it would jump 7/16gap did switch coils from one side to other, no change, so thats is next is check if spark will jump 7/16?

You could switch powerpacks side to side.
