84 crusaders 350's, with 320 hours

Talked with you guys earlier about 84 unflite one owner very low hours 320. Have purchased and found a little normal problem, port motor running a little warmer when pushed hard for a while then when backed off it cools down to 160-170, got up to 180ish starboard stayed rock solid at 160. Bought new impellers, fwc checked fluids and all seemed fine. I will look at strainer, back flush heat exchanger and check oil cooler to see if any thing big shows up. Am I being too anal, just not sure of what to expect and don't want to burn anything up.. suggestions thanks

Look for an air leak before the raw water pump, especially the strainer lid. A tiny air leak will play hell with cooling.

better to fix the issue now than to wait til something burns. You list with the addition is a good start. A small investment in an IR temp gun may be wise, too.
