84 115 evinrude removing midsection lower mount bolts can you without melting the rubber

hi

so since this engine was used for several years in salt water nothing on this engine been easy

but 2 of the lower mid section the rubber mounts well i was able to loosen 2 bolts one on each side but 2 others are tight as hell.

450 pound air gun. a breaker bar,, an extension pipe on the bar will not loosen these 2 bolts

usually just oxy ace,.... but since this is mostly rubber its either going to melt or catch fire..

can i just heat the bolt on the head or does it have be be heated outside the threaded housing the bolt threads into

nevermind i got one out of the 2 left and the 2nd one the bolts head broke off

heat didnt work and the corrision so bad i gotta try to get it out or get machine shop


so much corrision with the blue loctite i seen on it
