83 johnson 70 hp stall

had this discussion before but

had this discussion before but never got to the bottom of the problem. my johnson 70 stall on acceleraton after being idle for a while. starts and runs fine but if you are stopped or ideling for a while when you accelerate it boggs and stalls the only way to get around the problem is to accelerate as fast as possible then reduce speed any suggestions ( the last conclusion was to increase idle but this dose not help and dont like having engine reving hard when idle) thanks in advance for any suggestions
