The "tower of power" inline-6's have their followers, but they can be quite expensive to maintain - many discontinued parts that can be difficult to find and expensive when you do.

Unless you are really going for that "classic" look you really would be better off with a slightly newer motor (anything 1986-on).

Personally, even if I was looking for that model, I would not pay more than 300-400 bucks for it, even if it was running well - not when I could get a much newer model for under 1000 bucks..."
