Hey new to the forum not a whole lot of experience with outboards I got a 80'small mercury 9.8 that's really hard to start runs great when running no stalling even after running for over an hour becomes hard to start again even after just a few mins of Being off when I prime the bulb never gets firm I see gas drip from the carb I pull the choke she tries to start after a cpl pulls turn the choke off after a cpl pulls she starts for a sec pull the choke again it starts for a few seconds turn the choke off it may start fine after a cpl more pulls or continue turning the choke off and on the carb was cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner before I bought the motor cooling system runs great new plug and wires any thoughts
